Lisa Mortensen joined SCOTT & QUINN in March 2002. She received her sales license in 1976 and has participated in many aspects of the industry, from residential sales to working for a civil engineering company engaged in developmental research and permit processing for commercial and residential properties in San Diego and Riverside counties. Lisa has lived and owned her home in Mission Hills since 1985 and specializes in residential properties in the San Diego metropolitan area. She also has been a neighborhood watch block captain for over 20 years and continues to be active in several community issues in Mission Hills.
