Market Statistics Update: We updated our market statistics for San Diego County and for six of the I-15 Corridor communities. You can see the stats for homes listed for sale and in escrow as of May 2, 2008 as well as a list of recorded sales since 4/1/08 here. Information is courtesy of the SANDICOR Multiple Listing Service. New Map-based Property Search: Finally! We have enhanced the way you are able to search for homes. Check out our easy to navigate map-based search feature here. If you have been using our site to perform searches, the screen you have become accustomed to will soon be replaced. This will require that you resave any favorites and saved searches. In the meantime, both search features will be running in parallel to give you an opportunity to test drive the new system. Please contact us with any feedback! Note: The chat feature in the search page is in beta but will be operational soon, allowing you to chat via instant messenging. In the meantime, please use the chat feature on the side bar of our home page to talk to us when we are online. Better Know a Neighborhood: We continue to add Scripps Ranch neighborhood boundaries and information to our interactive community map with the goal of at least having the neighborhood boundaries complete within the next month. This is a work in progress, so be sure to check back periodically, and if there is a particular Scripps Ranch neighborhood that interests you, let us know so we can work on that first.
Coming Soon - Homeowners Association Contact Information: At the request of our local Planning Group, we are creating an interactive map with HOA and management company contact information. Look for this in the Spring.
Scripps Ranch Spring Food Drive: The 1st Annual Scripps Ranch Spring Food Drive to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank for San Diego was a huge success. Thanks to the generosity of the Scripps Ranch community, we collected over 3/4 of a ton of food. Read more and watch the video here. |
